Account Deletion

Effective date: June 15, 2026

You may permanently delete your Terran Gold account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what data is deleted, and how long it takes.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

Step 1. Open the Terran Gold app on your device.
Step 2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom to the Danger Zone section.
Step 4. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
Step 5. Your account will be permanently deleted — typically within seconds, and always within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support.terrangold.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Terran Gold account. Include the phrase "Delete my account" in the subject.

We will process your request within 30 days and email confirmation once complete.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (email, display name, profile picture)
All gameplay data: gold balance, Terran Credits, owned properties, streak progress
Purchase receipts & PayPal cashout history (as required for legal / anti-fraud records, retained only in encrypted, non-personally-identifiable form for the minimum legally required period)
Referral relationships tied to your account
Ad reward session logs

What is NOT deleted

Anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g., total daily active users) — these no longer identify you.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax records for completed PayPal payouts.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot restore your gold, Terran Credits, or purchase history. Consumable in-app purchases (Terran Credit packs) already spent or credited to your account are non-refundable.
